Kenneth Daily

I am a Senior Scientist at the non-profit Sage Bionetworks.

I help academics, researchers, and scientists collaborate and share their work.

A lot of what I do uses Synapse, a collaborative research platform.

I also help to build this collaborative research platform.

I write code in Python and R. Sometimes I use containers.

I helped to build a site called Agora to help researchers learn about Alzheimer's Disease genes.

I used to be a computational biologist, most recently as a postdoc at the National Cancer Institute.

I have degrees from the Indiana University School of Informatics, and I'm a Hoosier.

I have a degree from the University of California Irvine Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences, so I'm also an Anteater.

I live in Seattle, so I drink coffee and beer.

I like to lift heavy things, occasionally while walking.

I have an amazing partner.

I have a more detailed résumé here.

You can verify who I am online at Keybase.
